A Radio show to replace Sarah Kennedy?

If you live near london or have DAB then LBC 97.3 is good, I am in cars a lot and get bored with a lot of the music channels so like a good "talkie" station, Addicted to LBC now.

Anyone know if Tommy Boyd still has a radio show at all?

I used to listen to him 10+ years ago and he never failed to make me laugh with his controversial banter.

As for current radio, nothing really worth listening to, radio 1 is garbage, Radio 2 has really gone downhill in the last couple of years, local radio is usually a joke and they only ever play 5 songs on loop.

Some of it is very good, but it's only on 6:30-7:00pm before the Archers /shudder - so I only catch it if I leave work at the right time. After that I switch back to Radio 2 and listen to the wierd music they play during the wierd hour before Radcliffe and Maconie.

TalkSport was formely known as Talk Radio. Although their programming is predominately sport based they still discuss topical subjects on most of their shows. What I would say is it is a commercial station with adverts and it isnt 'highbrow' like Radio 4 but more 'White Van Man radio' but as long as you listen to it with that in mind its a good listen usually.

They should bring Wrighty back to Drivetime. Goughy can get on my **** sometimes.

I wish they would give Ronnie Irani the flick. He is one annoying ****. His voice goes through me. Can't listen to breakfast till he ****s off.

Can't beat H&J though especially when Chelsea lose and Andy Jacobs spits the dummy out. Such a bad loser.

As I am in Liverpool, I listen to Rossy on Radio City 96.7. Good laugh that most of the time.
