i suppose there were no mondeos on that race series....

Hmm that'll be it. Was wondering why it looked crap compared with the real thing. It's not even the same car is it, it's missing about a foot off the back end! No big wing, wrong mirrors, no lexan glass, no big dirty exhaust pipe, no awesome wheels, wrong engine. /as a replica, it sucks.

On the upside though, at least we got to see the IMSA 300zx's on that SH article :)

Love these, I think they look awesome and sound great. Saw one at Goodwood plus my dad had an Audi 80 for 10 years so the shape has always appealed.

Powered by flatulent robins :D

We could drop that silly horsepower thing and use robinpower instead! With turbochargers by Heinz, for added flatulence :)

There's a much deeper sound in it too though...maybe flatulent robins riding angry bears? Now there's an interesting image.

Kind of reminds me of the wide arch bodykit you used to get in the late 80's early 90's for Ford Escorts, think it was called a "Rattlesnake Bodykit"

I can appreciate the work thats gone into this Audi - It's not my cup of tea though :(

If you look at the original car, they are supposed to look like that, albeit not usually correct.

The original car would be running slicks, and they are certainly not meant to look like that. Anyone stretching tyres on a proper competition car* would be laughed out of the paddock

Note I'm not talking about the trims which certainly give the tyres an extreme stretch look, just the wheels by themselves which show the tyres are definately undersized.

* i.e. not a 'drift' POS.
