Wondering if someone can point me in the right direction, I have a lot of pictures and short write ups that go with them. I would like a site to display them on.
I have hosting, and have a copy of Gallery 2 running on that - but its not really what i want (unless it can be vastly customised, but i'm not sure how or where to look).
I've dabbled with php / mysql in the past, but not for a while - i used to use a wysiwyg editor many moons ago for working with html called HotDog Pro (v4.5!), recently i've done some work using visual studio 2005, writing in asp 2.0 using an access database to hold all the content.
Anyhoo, i'm quite happy to start from scratch myself - but if there are basic templates or layouts out there that are probbaly better than what i would come up with then it makes sense to use them. Why try and reinvent the wheel eh?
