Hey guys

Just a small tip for you lot

Never, and I mean NEVER delete your CV off of monster

I did last night as I'm in a job now and don't need them, totally forgot my CV was on there until I got a call yesterday from an agency who found me on there. So deleted my CV last night

This morning I get a call at 8 asking me why my CV was deleted and how they have plenty of roles available would I consider any of them

"Err no, thats why I took my CV off, I don't need you"

Wierd I thought, one off perhaps, but since then, I have had 16 emails from different agencies, 23 missed calls and 11 voicemails

I mean ffs, they don't make any effort when I am actually looking but as soon as I don't need the idiots they all start hounding me

And the thing is, a lot of them aren't even relevant job, strawberry picker up north on 2k a year or something. Ok slight exaggeration but you get the idea

Anyone else had this?

And just as I'm typing this, another call is coming through :/

Agencies, honestly, scum of the earth the lot of them

Agencies are the scum of the earth for having a lot of employers get in touch with you?
I thought that was the idea!

If you read the post, it's the fact they haven't bothered for the 8 months I've been on there looking, as soon as my I close my account, they start hounding me even when I tell them I'm not interested

LOL Still calling

I have just been out the office, come back to my phone to check, 46 missed calls :/

BrightonBelle, who are these authorities you mention, I wouldn't mind speaking to them myself. As they are mostly blocked numbers so can't even ring them back to tell them to **** off
