Gah!... I've tried every product on the supermarket shelf, but cannot get something to remove those stubborn burnt on black bits on the oven shelves...

Do any of you have any top tips?...

Oven Pride. It comes with a bag to soak the shelves in.

I know of an amazing thing that's been used t oclean ovens for centuries, never fails, just go to your supermarket, and ask for a "woman"

Not sure if this will work with my oven as it's a big range (double oven size)...

Grr!... That's the trouble - Since getting divorced there isn't a woman around to clean the damn thing... And getting one of those oven cleaners means that my finances will be hit big time, as well as the constant nagging!
