Abit NV8 nForce4 4X or Asus K8N4-E Deluxe nForce4 4X

hi all. im looking for a good socket 754 motherboard. as the title says im between those 2 and its a hard choice so i need some help. i was originally going for the Asus K8N4-E Deluxe but ive read some reviews that some of them have problems(e.g some1 bought 2 , 1 worked the other didnt. after he recieved a replacement for the broken mobo the replacement didnt work aswell) so if u think Abit is a good choice than Asus pls let me know.

Asus is better as the abit has overclocking problems which are as yet unsolved and unlikely to be.
