Hi, I am sorry if I overlooked any info about this issue, but I could not find it so I will ask instead.
Question 1:
In the webstore, you have a pc for sale, a special offer wich includes a vid card featuring an astounding 2k Ram and another 4k on the motherbard. What confuses me is that, as far as I know, Windows 32 bit will be unable to use any more then 3.3k of the total ram in the machine, I did not see any details about the computer comming with Vista 64 bit or anything in that manner, but if it does not I will have to ask; What is the point?
If the machine cannot handle any more then 3.3k what is the point of stuffing an entire 6k into it?
question 2:
Can the machine use the ram of the video card or is that ram dedicated to the card alone? Won't that actually be slowing the computer down rather then boosting it?
question 3:
I am considerinng making a new computer soon, but I am slowly beginning to wonder if I will need Vista 64 bit in order to get the most out of the machine considering I will be tempted to buy a machine wich I would want to be as powerfull as possible, however I have no experience with the 64 bit OS and a friend of mine says it's REALLY picky about the drivers of your hardware, is this true and if yes, will that be problematic to work with?
Sorry for asking what may seems silly question but this really confuses me.
Looking forward to future replies.
