lastly, for the LEDS it says some have a plus, some have a minus which corresponds to the slot, but the plug just says RESET SW or POWER SW, how do i tell the + - charge part?

The reset or power switch usually don't matter as these tend to be only switches so are unaffected by polarity.

cheeeeers, getting close to turning it on, fans connected, all screws in place (correctly

) power cables connected, parts all of the mobo, HDMI cable ready, tv reacy, psu all connected, anything i should watch out for before turning it on?

I would do a CMOS reset, I do this before starting my pc.

Nope, I have closed the manual know!! there should to pins that you short near the battery, this will be labeled CLR CMOS or similar.

manual says to touch pins for a few seconds with screwdriver, done that good to go,

got a blue light for less than a second then nothing.. any ideas?

Double check all power connections including the 8 pin for cpu power & gpu.

Does the board have any light on.

Can take a quick photo on the board and post up.

it has two 6 pins, also i left a connect in the GPU box, will connect that and try

currently i have the GPU connected to two PCI E slots
