Can't say I'm a Webber fan at all, but even I feel a bit sorry for him here. His team only have one cars pit stops to manage and they still manage to screw it up for him.

Software/overheating issue probably, rather than physically broken.

So, just turn it off and on again, typical computer fix

could have been overheating or some other issue that after a set time and manual reset could be fixed.
