Post whatever accidents you were in today! And also what you've learned from them. :p

I was playing softball st school today, the pitcher threw the ball, I hit it awkwardly so it only went about 2/3 of the way to first base, but due to the side hit it was spinning like mad; I ran to first base, but due to the spin it bounced miles away from the fielder's hands.

I ran to second base. The guy thought I'd stopped running, so he threw it to the pitcher, but he saw me running to 3rd and so threw it there.

By this time the next batter had stepped up as he didn't expect me to go past 1st. I continued running, straight through 3rd as the guy didn't have his foot on the base. I was at full pelt by now (I'm a 11-13 second 100m sprinter if you want some idea of how quick full pelt is). BAM! I ran straight into the next batter, smashing him with collosal force (I'm also 12 stone :)). He went flying back, and I got hit in the head with the heavy metal bat.

I now have a massive lump just above my hairline, and now know that I should not be on the same team as idiots, and also to look where I'm running (I realise the irony of these two, but I was looking at the ball, and he shouldn't have been there :p).

You know what, knowing this country i wouldn't be surprised at all if he claimed against you...

*wonders how someone has to be before you can claim against them*

At least in this country the claims are kinda reasonable, not millions/billions of pounds.

Using a ratchet with all my body weight and muscle on it, and it slipped of a 2inch bolt :(. I ****** down on my back, no injury but gave everyone a great laugh :(

I got hit on the head with a cricket ball yesterday, not exactly today but hey... :p

I went to catch it just above my head but left a massive hole in my hands which it promptly went straight through. Needless to say I just carried on like usual the hard bloke I am. :p

That's how girls catch stuff... they ALWAYS walk about with their arms wide open. :p

I almost had a bump with my mums car today :(. She had taken me to pick up my car from a service and we were driving home, so I was right behind her. We got to a 3 way roundabout, and a guy came round it indicating left, in the left lane, so she started to move forward and I followed. The guy then went straight on, so both of us had to slam the brakes on, but luckily we were both watching the same car, or we would have been taking two cars back in.

Nothing at all really. The only thing I can think of is that I broke a nail whilst checking out a prospective project, a Dolomite Sprint.

I've probably just gone and jinxed myself now. That's it, I'm wrapping myself in bubblewrap and staying in for the rest of today.

Today or tomorrow? Or is tomorrow today, or is today tonight and tomorrow...

Thats it i'm going to bed. :o
