Acer XF240YUbmiidprzx 1440p/144Hz/Freesync

Is it safe to assume that this monitor (Acer
XF240YUbmiidprzx / UM.QX0EE.001) is the same as the Acer Predator XB241YU in almost everyway minus Gsync?

Been looking for a 1440p/144Hz/Freesync monitor for ages. Not sure if this is the one for me but given there's barely no information about it wanted to make a post to see if anyone knew anything. I also assume the Freesync range is 40Hz-144Hz?
