Hi all

Just bought the above 2.1 speakers for my pc...they are simply magnificent!

My question is: Should I turn the speakers off every time i shut down the pc, or would it be better just to leave them on all the time.

I'd like to save energy but the again I'm not sure if it would be good turning them on/off every time i use my pc...

I'd appreciate your help

I turn mine off when not using them, it wont damage them and will save you power.

They are fantastic speakers, very happy with mine.

Since I'm turning on/off the pc at least 2 times a day I was worried that doing the same to the speakers on a daily basis wouldn't be very good on the long term...

I was thinking of leaving them on at a certain volume level all the time instead of turning them on/off every time i use the pc.

I've turn mine on and off when I'm away from keyboard so many times - daily. Often even unplug the 3.5mm cable whilst turned on - resulting in buzzing and grut noises when doing it.

Speakers still running as tho it was switched on when I bought it last year (september)
