Activating multiple iPhones for business - how

Does anyone know of an easy way to activate multiple iOS devices for business. Does each device need to be attached to an separate itunes account?

Only problem with that is the devices need to have been purchased directly through Apple.

We already have our handsets directly from Vodafone.
