Admiral 10 Month Bonus Accelerators

I wonder what happens when you get more years NCB than you have been driving for?

I never had a problem with the 10 month policies as I didn't get a car until 6 months after passing my test so never encountered this, however my sister used the same 10 month policies immediately after passing but now if she tries to quote with various companies and comparison sites online they just refuse to let you enter a NCB that is longer than your license held period, which is a pain in the **** really.

I am going to use the 10 month option with admiral as well I think. Extra £2 per month, not really much extra considering an extra year ncb makes some difference due to my age and having an mx5 (not massive power I know but still :D).

He will accumulate NCB faster though, i would bet that the cumulative premium will be cheaper if he accelerates up to 4-5 years NCB using 10 monthers.

For my first 2 years it was cheaper to do 10 months 0 no claims and 2 months with 1 then buy 12 months with 0 NCB etc. After this it made worse financial sense for me/
