No mate, you don't. You get either the cd or a downloadable ISO. The choice is the end users whether they can wait for disc or download the iso file. You have to send off for the key not the disc. Eitherway, the whole process is painless, and given photoshop CS5 extended only costs £166 I think I can wait a few days!
