adopted a 4 day split

adopted a 2 day split

Chest and Arms day 1
day 2 rest
day 3: Shoulders back and legs
Day 4 rest
day 5 Chest and arms again-and so on

Now somebody has suggested I do my chest 4 times a week but lower the number of sets. Has anybody got any views on this? Thank you.

You're right 2 day split: sorry.

I am suffering from a terrible leg injury so it could take a year or two before I could train them properly. So the amount of leg work will be minimal to just about adequate. 3 days for chest is also an option. Thanks
 
Day 1 - Chest/Triceps

Incline BB bench press
Flat DB bench Press
Dips
Skull crushers or tricep extensions

Day 3 - Back/Bi

Pull Ups
DB/BB row
Bicep Curls

Day 5 - Delts/Traps

BB/DB Military Press
Side Dumbell Raises
Front Lateral Raises
Shrugs
