Im with plusnet and have been using there basic router for about 4 years but recently the WiFi completely stopped working it had forgot all my settings then would not let me set up a new Wireless network. I tried factory reset and still would not let me set a new network just kept giving me an error message and timing out.
I went out and bought this tp link router TD-W9970 managed to get it setup and internet working but websites seem to take longer to load then I’ve noticed before and also sometimes do not load and I have to refresh. I’ve not had this problem before that’s this noticeable , I only get about 5meg down so I know my internet is pretty poor but I am sure I had this sort of problem years ago and it was something to do with DNS but I’m not really sure what I’m looking for or how to check if I’ve set the router up properly . I’ve added couple pictures so if anyone can notice anything
