Advice needed please (Gaming rig for £1300)

I received my pc from overclockersuk in perfect order. Now how can I find out what they overclocked and by how much, what should I look for and with what software?

Download CPU-Z it will tell you how fast your cpu is currently running or check in BIOS.

Very nice pc you got there, load some new games up on it now. :p

What's the HAF-X like by the way? is it quiet?

Also use HWmonitor or Realtemp if you want to see your temps.
