Advice on drivers 8800gts and MB

I recently ordered the following and have never had a NIVIA card before and would like to know what the best drivers are: I currently use XP.

GeIL 2GB (2x1GB) PC6400C5 800MHz Value DDR2 Dual Channel Kit

Gigabyte GA_P35C_DS3R (Socket 775) PCI-Express DDR2 & DDR3 Motherboard

BFG GeForce 8800 GTS OC2 320MB GDDR3 HDTV/Dual DVI (PCI-Express)

arnt the latest drivers normally the best?

The latest betas are good, 163.11 for Vista and 162.18 for XP
