Advice on home cinema kit

Hi all

Looking to upgrade my audio for watching movies, watching Sky and playing games. I'm not really up to speed with what's good and what's not at the moment, so any help is appreciated

My TV is a pretty standard LG 1080p 32incher and the sound, although not complete poo, isn't great.

I'll be connecting a regular Sky box, a WDTV, and a laptop (HDMI, but also has Digital coax).

Budget is around £250.

I would recommend this for its features

HDMI in (x2) and it supports the new HD Codecs. Of course this will not matter since it is a 2.1 system, however for about 79.99 you can add a centre, and 2 rear speakers.
Im planning on getting one really soon

I echo the Onkyo unit, I bought one last month and it's been great so far.

Only running it as 2.1 at the moment, can't really have rear speakers but might buy the extras for the centre speaker.

Thanks for the recommendation guys but I bought a home cinema system today.
Had a look a few in-store, and decided on a Samsung HT-Z320. Took a while to setup, but sounds great, especially using the DVD upscaler :_)
