Advice on laptop refund

Well i wasn't presented with any other option nor did they reply when I queried it.

OCUK only gave me a part refund when my Fury X bit the dust, so not unusual practice.

So is OCUK a "bad business" in your books?

"As the item is over 6 months old it will be a partial refund in compliance to the consumer rights act.

Sapphire partially refund us as well, its not a full refund unfortunately.

I will calculate it here and let you know very shortly."

That's what it went back for and was not repairable according to them.
