Advice on RAM for B450i and Ryzen 2600

Dear Clockers, I am going to buy the following:
Asus Strix Gaming B450i motherboard and
Ryzen 5 2600 CPU

I have read online that some people seem to have issues with certain types of RAM. I want 16GB (2x8) low profile RAM @ either 3000 or 3200Mhz.

Any advice or experience will be appreciated please. What make and model of RAM do you suggest for this setup. Thanks in advance

Enable XMP and forget about it!

Any particular reason you want the Asus board? It is seriously overpriced for what it is.
The ASRock is a better value board.

Thanks for the advice re RAM. I ordered exactly what you linked. As to Asus mobo, well I am unashamedly an Asus fanboy and always used them in my builds. I did consider ASRock, however the potential issues around VRM cooling put me off. Thanks again for the reply.
