I am on a tight budget and will need to scatter my upgrades over a period of months and i was wondering what would be the best parts to upgrade first, i play EvE-Online.
My current rig:
Computer
Mainboard : ASUS M3A78
Processors
Processor : AMD Athlon(tm) 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 6000+ (2C 3GHz/3GHz, 3GHz IMC, 2x 1MB L2)
Memory Module(s) 4GB
Memory Module : Corsair CM2X2048-8500C5 2GB DIMM DDR2 PC2-8500U DDR2-1066 (5-5-5-18 3-23-6-3)
Memory Module : Corsair CM2X2048-8500C5 2GB DIMM DDR2 PC2-8500U DDR2-1066 (5-5-5-18 3-23-6-3)
Video System
Video Adapter : NVIDIA GeForce GTX 285 (240 SP 1.48GHz, 1GB DDR3 2.48GHz 512-bit, PCIe 2.00 x16)
PSU: 750w
I could eaither afford a great graphics card alone, or CPU, Motherboard and Memory, but i don't know if i would get any bottlenecks if i just bought a new GPU, any advice would be appreciated and i'll be buying my new parts from OCUK
