Advise me please on a cooler

I am looking for a new CPU cooler since the stock fan is now hitting 4.5-5k rpm which sounds like a tornado and vibrates my floor so basically I need something to run fx8120 at its factory clock speed as quietly as possibly also my budget is £40-£50

Grab a gellid tranquillo rev2 and you'll reach 4.6-7ghz with the 8120 easily. Quiet and effective!
