Ok guys after some time with AMD it time for a move to intel now that there fast 
but I haven't really got a clue on what motherboard and cpu are best atm so maybe some of you will be able to advise me on this
I'm looking at a high end setup with room for overclocking will be water-cooled
I was thinking of Intel Core 2 DUO E6600 "LGA775 Conroe" 2.40GHz if this is good
and I would like some good memory like
OCZ 2GB (2 x 1GB) PC2-9200 1150MHz WaterCooled Dual Channel DDR2
only want about 2gig as I have read that 4gig can slow you down a bit all I use my pc for is Gaming with high end GFX's
But as for motherboard i havn't got any idea but it can't have anything higher then a gfx card would be because of my watercooling
