Picked up a 97' XRV 750 Africa Twin Today

44K on the clock with a good service history and plenty of life left in the consumables.

All luggage included in the sale, she seem's to be a gooden.

Off to Europe for 6+ weeks on it and in 14 Days time, can't wait

People are a bit fussy about the whole lid thing, mine sits on my seat whilst bike is warming up, never had an issue with it falling lol.

I really like Africa Twins and I'd love to get one but they hold their money so well I could never bring myself to pay it when I was looking at them. Great bikes though. Loads of attitude.

I had my first chance to put it through its paces properly this afternoon and for the size of the thing its a fairly capable bike, though I do find the front brake abit crashy probably due to long suspension travel. Other than that I can't fault its ride.
