Just bought COD3 today and it keeps making my 360 freeze all the time on this one level I have got too. No red lights or anything tho, seems a bit perculiar.
Any ideas?
Had it since realese so if it's going to die I hope it does soon before the warranty runs out.

Could just be the game to be honest, maybe its been put together a bit poorly. Check with other people with the game.

I hate to be a doomsayer but when my 360 packed up recently, it was freezing about 10 mins into every game.

Does the freezing occur with other games? If not, then you may be ok.

Just played another game for about 15mins and all seems ok. Will try play some more gears of war later for a longer time and see if it is ok, otherwise there must be something wrong with the COD3 game! It keeps happening when I am around the barn area at the beginning of Act 2.

mine does the same, locks up now and then, disc drive starts ticking sometimes with the side panel coming up saying dirty disc etc (this is with GoW)....I wish it would just show the 3 red rings then at least I can return it faulty

Apparently this game has been causing a few problems with people's machines after checking on the AVforums and the Xbox forums. Swapped it for a new disc, but didn't make a bit of difference. Will give Microsoft a call later.

Anyone else from here had any problems??
