I really like 1, 3, 4 and 5, some beautiful atmosphere there. I especially love the colour of the stars in shot 4.

Shame about the noise though, especially in two where it is so prominent.

1,2 and 3, all ISO200, the "noise" is the heavy snowfall I was experiencing at the time

4 - ISO1600, 5 - ISO1600 again (some muppet left his camera on ISO1600 during the day, but I like the effect), and the last, ISO800, and my 50mm f/1.8 prime....


My personal favourite is the Lonesome Pine. Very reminiscent of WA Poucher....

As said a very nice set i just feel they are let down a bit by the excessive noise in them. Although it tends to suit number 1 and 3.
I've had a go at number 2 and think it looks better, i'll post it if you dont mind?

Please do - it's a permenant learning curve. Always open to ideas on how to improve!

Just a quick run through neat image then unsharp mask. Others could probably do better, i'm still learning.
