AIO or Heatsink for R5 3600

I recently got a 3600 and my temps are looking pretty high, I know a lot of people have this issue so I tried undervolting the cpu while not affecting performance which did reduced temps a lot but then caused certain games to crash and my PC to restart around 15 seconds after I pressed play :/ My idle temps are around 45-50c and when using OCCT with Full load (Large data set) for the past 25 minutes ive been hovering around 85-90 degrees, So im looking for a heatsink or AIO that isnt too bulky to just hopefully lower my temps, I will list some of my specs below. any help would be appreciated I just wanna stop worrying about my temps

MB MSI MPG X570 PLUS
RAM 16GB 3200Mhz Corsair Vengeance Pro
CASE NZXT H500 with 1 top rear exhaust 1 rear exhaust and 2 front intake all 120mm
PSU 650w Coolermaster MWE gold modular

Check windows power plan and set it to balanced.

Is your gpu temps good ?

Guessing you're on the stock stealth cooler looking at those temps?

Maybe check out the SE-224XT which goes for around £27 and performs really well on the ryzen 3600.

Stock cooler isn't great. However, check your voltage. My MSI likes to run really high voltage at stock.

Stock buzzaw is sized for web surfing/word processing.
