Only got mine Friday and have made lamb kebabs with a soy and honey glaze, 15 minutes at 190.... I regret not taking some photos!

I love mackerel but it stinks the whole place out for days, I just couldn't do that to myself. I bet it would be good though.

Would be awkward as the lid needs to be on but I'd say it was doable(stir, heat, stir heat) , have to use silicon for a stirrer though as you won't want to scratch off the coating.
