Currently in dispute with Maple Manor parking at Birmingham airport. Dropped my motor off for 1 week meet and greet with them and it has come back in a state
a. The vehicle radio had been retuned to 'FreeBHM' - why did staff feel the need to change radio settings if my vehicle is stored 'only a short distance away'?
b. Vehicle cleanliness - vehicle was professionally cleaned day before travel and was in perfect condition upon drop off, however, vehicle was returned to me in such a condition that it appears to have been entered into a Dirt Rally - pics taken.
c. Excessive mileage, as previously mentioned, was assured that the vehicle would be no father than 8 - 10 miles away, however, there is more than this displaying on mileage.
I've asked for the pics they took when i handed the keys over. Fortunately, i have not noticed any damage, but seriously unimpressed by this!
they can still delete the videos via the screen though!
