Alex Salmond has been arrested

Something smells fishy about this, maybe he was in the wrong plaice at the wrong time? I think the prosecution may flounder if she changes her tuna. The nations perched on the edge of their seats in anticipation. Personally i think its a load of pollocks.

Good point, good chance he'll be aquitted as why would they let someone in his position carry on for 10+ years with possible attempted rape charges. Nicola Sturgeon is well known for being a toxic snake and hence could have set him up. All utter trash anyway. Can you believe this even exists. A wasteland. She'll just destroy the place even more. Shame as apparently has some nice scenery and a few old buildings.

I suspect that rape is a VERY difficult crime to prove - which must be of enormous reassurance to rapists.

I wonder how many of those who are staunchly defending Salmond's right to anonymity felt the same about the Asian grooming gang?


ps - if you rape someone, you have still raped them whether or not you are found guilty in court.
 
The police must have been sitting on these complaints for years, if there's any evidence then why didn't anything happen sooner?

Especially when people come out of the woodwork with claims decades later. It will be virtually impossible to prove.

No evidence and any witnesses are unreliable by default, because no one can recall small enough detail from that long ago. Especially if they were drunk.

As it happens, I am not aware that anyone, from media of any persuasion, has suggested that Agent Orange raped anybody. You should probably consider alternative, more credible sources of conspiracy theories pal.

I haven't suggested the media said Trump raped somebody, I was simply replying to the comments about trial by media, you people are happy for Trump to be judged, but when its somebody on your 'side' you dont like it.
