all core overclock 13900K can't get passed 5.4ghz with ETU

hi all i'm trying to overclock my 13900K and can't get over 5.4GHZ i movie the multiplier up to 55x and check the speed its still running at 5.4GHZ dose my power not have anuf power or is my MB not grate at over clocking or is there a setting i need to change?
