All rounder PC build for £700-£750

Hi everyone.
Joined the forum to pick up some info for a future pc build for my son.
Now I have got the bug and fancy a new build myself!!
I have monitor, os, speakers, keyboard and mouse.
Looking at getting a new setup that's quiet, has potential for upgrade of cpu. A decent power supply if I want to up the gpu in the future. I know for my budget that a really good gpu is out of the equation at the moment.
Would also like an ssd, probably 120gb.
Reading the forums I am edging towards a z97 mobo to build around.
Also to keep it cool if I fancy over clocking.
Would love to hear your opinions for this before I start work on my son's £1300 build!!

Thanks very much for your time. Ordered the parts. As I did a little mix and match of your specs I went slightly over budget as wanted the ssd but pleased with the parts.
