Alloy Refurbishment

Can anyone recommend a mobile refurbisher or one local to me north notts/south yorkshire area?
I've got four BBS RXII's that are in need of some tlc...same as these:

Any idea's on what to expect the price to be for 16" spilt rims to be done? It's purely cosmetic work. I'm guessing I may aswell buy new wheels as soon as I need tyres.

Around £40 isn't too bad. I was expecting it to be double tbh
