No you aren't being tight. Sounds a bit odd to me, just because you offered to pay once when she was going to buy a round doesn't mean she shouldn't offer again. I'd always expect to pay my share unless I was told by someone that it was their treat.

I dated a self employed physiotherapist who was on at least 50k - we split everything.

I dated a 'dancer/model' who's only actual regular income was part time bar work - I paid for pretty much everything.
