Well, I'd definitely approach him and ask to have a chat, whether he'll have time for it tomorrow is up to him, but the sooner you let him know you've been thinking about it the better.

This. Sounds lke a good boss offering you an opprtunity and thinking about your future.

Have a word with him at some point. Tell him you love working for the company, and you se yourself in a more respnsibl role. Even if it isnt true.
