Amazon delivery "Usually dispatched within 1 to 2 months." What?!

It always says usually. Even if it's instock, it'll say usually dispatched in 1 day. Often get this with hard to find books.

Yeah i know but 1 to 2 months is a very broad time scale which is what i have a problem with.

why? It's outof stock and they expect it to ake that long. They won't be able to tell you any more, ad they simply don't know. Either buy it and have 90% chance of dispatch within 8 weeks or go elsewhere i really can't seethe problem.

It's annoying when you order something from Amazon and then realise the ETA.

I really don't see the problem. They're giving an estimate of when they expect to have that item available. Better than others that don't! Amazon aren't the only retailer in the world...if you aren't prepared to potentially wait that length of time, then take your business elsewhere. Not rocket science.

Another thing is that i ordered something off Amazon on the 2nd and still haven't got it after speaking to them many a time so this can't be helping my feelings towards Amazon!

Weird, I ordered like 4 things off them on the 21st and all but one have arrived.
