finished my system now making one for my neice. got varios parts laying around and got a new amd san diego 3700 i was wondering is the stock cooler any good or would you reccomend and after market cooler instead ? like the artic cooling x64 i got the x7 version for me conroe from here and i love it.

also is the chip over clockable. the parts that will be in this system are

san deigo 3700 1mb cache i think it sais (new)
asus av8 mobo (new)
2x512mb corsair value select 333mhz (used)
x800xl 256mb agp (used)

not after anything huge onthe overclock but if can get a lil boost from it relatively easily then will do.

I've got mine running at stock volts with stock cooling at 2.8Ghz (280x10).

Hits 48C full load, idle around 35-40C.
