AMD Athlon 64 3200+ at 2.65GHZ

hi i have overclocked my AMD ATHLON 64 3200+ (normal= 2.0 GHZ) to 2.65 GHZ by only changing the voltage and the cpu frequency, the multi is at 10x and wont go any higher (i have a ASUS A8R-MVP mobo) (i cant get the frequency above 265 (2.65 GHZ) without it becoming unstable. So what more can i do to overclock my cpu. Also is it possible to overclock a graphics card and ram (so at start the ram is 1GB then after ocing could be say 1.6GB or is this not possible)

ram goes with the cpu, knock a divider on *** ram, set the something multiplyer from 5x to 3x

you mean the htt multi and how do i put a divider on the ram??
