AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core 4600+ (939)

Looking to upgrade to this from a 4000+, noticed its in the this week only on ocuk but lists it with a 512kb L2 cache, elsewhere i have seen this processor listed as "manchester core" with a 1mb L2 cache, whats the deal?

Are the ocuk ones cheaper because it has been revised and a new one is coming out or is it a listing error?

Ok, so a 1mb L2 cache (per core) version of this cpu doesnt exist?

They've stopped making the 4400 right?

Not sure whether to just go for the 4600 or try and source a 4400 now

I went for the 4600 in the end, i find my 4000 can stall occasionally if im trying to do many things at once, so dual core should balance this out for me.

My 4000+ was retail and came with a cooler, will this cooler be ok for the 4600+ ?
