No thats normal. they normalise the 290X at 100% and then add on the percentage of the competing cards.

I think the winky face was to signify a joke. Normalised or not however, it still annoys me that the Y-axis isn't labelled. I would never get away with that at work.

Even if 50 to 60pc improvement comes about anyway, this still isn't single card territory at 4k. Might start making 1440p a lot more viable though.

Total garbage

The 290X is the best performing GPU @2160p at the moment and there is no way the 390X or the Titan X is going to be anywhere that much faster.

Yep, Potentially it's a 3x increase in memory bandwidth so could be accurate.
