**AMD Radeon 390X Graphics Card WCE**

I wonder if AMD reckon that there won't be problem with supplying the 390X with W/C as the type of people that would buy the topend card, would more than likely not be too fussed with water cooling as its aimed more at the enthusiast rather than the casual gamer?
Thoughts?

there's two there with water coolers already, so they must have known a few weeks ago...... so with water it'll be fine, except the price !

anything on the 390X might not be till tomorrow, AMD should be ok now because Nvidia made one massive mistake............the TX is stupidly expensive

unless their TX little brother is much cheaper.........Nvidia look dead and buried for this year........and i think they will be anyway, because the 390X sounds much too exciting...

You make me chuckle. :D

it's not a big problem because that little rad can go anywhere, just as long as you've got a big enough Case.

the critical dimension being its thickness, but it'll deffo fit in the roof of my IN-WIN 707.... on the floor or on the intake.

i think there's an air cooled 390X version too, i think i'll buy another case anyway because they do a white version as well, this will be my little treat for missing out on the TX..............did i miss out or was it a near miss, i'll leave you lot to figure that one ;)

Having just been reading the thread about the titan X, all AMD have to do is be faster than the 980 and cheaper than the titan and they'll sell in spades. Obviously it'll depend on how much cheaper than the titan X, and how much faster than the 980, but you get me drift. All this makes me wonder why AMD have been so quiet, its either they're in dead lumber and have nothing approaching the TX performance, its gonna be too expensive when compared to the TX, or they're gonna drop a bombshell and completely ruin Nvidia's party. The silence from AMD is deafening.:)

No idea. the 290X was also complete silence from AMD, like now plenty of speculation about its existence and what it is. but from AMD it was total stone wall silence.

I am looking forward to the 390X, TBH the 780's were my first Nvidia cards which I got the step up for the 980's and had no issues but I moved from AMD because of all the driver crossfire issues and certain games I played at time I wanted to try some of the PhsyX.

If AMD could just get that right and then release a card that is 35% or so faster than 980's I would probably be up for going AMD again. If not I will wait for Pascal I think.

So the Titan looks a bit meh to me.

I hope AMD keep this new card under £599 and some nice new features to improve performance and new anti-aliasing modes etc.
