It's worth it if you watercool & run 4K or above. But for 1440p, no. Navi will likely be better in terms of power consumption, and perhaps it will have a few extra features which Vega won't (RT, VRS, etc) but we don't really know. I'd be surprised if the Navi cards had better value this year than these late Vega deals.

Yes, tricky one. Vega reference carddreally would benefit from water cooling, extra cost to factor in. Maybe a non reference Navi would make more sense until some new high end AMD cards appear. I don't really want to go to something worse than my 1070 I sold which makes it more difficult
