Amp repair

Bit of a long shot but does anyone know of anywhere around notts where I could get an amp repaired?

It has an intermitent fault where I get distortion through left channel which has gradually gotten worse

Who is the manufacturer and how old is it? I sent my amp off to arcam and it was covered by there two year warranty and gave great service, so maybe worth you trying the same ? Always worth calling them to see if they can suggest someting!

It's a Sony TA-F808ES and it's about 14 years old so warranty expired awhile ago lol

I tried the local Sony shop awhile ago but they were more interested trying to make me buy a new one.
