    It definitely made my forearm bigger when I was doing it a lot. They were a fad on power kiting forums I was a member of. I was far less good at it on my left hand and consequently it didn't balance very well. I have a weak wrist on my right from a break skateboarding and it did seem to help with that. They're good fun for a bit.

    Had one of these in 6th form, completely spackered my wrist using it so much and trying to spin it as fast as I could. Ached for days!

    They are actually good, it's a simple form of exercises and its great for the wrists. I'm going to be getting one :D

    These are a good training aid to improve the strength in the lower arm and wrist. I used this a lot when i was climbing.
