well a bit better than the perodua or proton that the Subaru dealer used to give me

Good points

Roomy inside
Only 10 miles on clock (so am being careful with it :p )
Build quality generally good
Cruises on Motorway ok
Steering is great, v light at low speeds and superb feel at higher speeds
Seat base comfortable

Bad points

Keep banging my head getting in
Horrible vibration at 3-4k revs
sod all boot space
Feels slow but as I am not used to 1.6l cars then it may not really be
Radio switchgear cheap and nasty
Rear visibilty poor
no lateral support at all from seats
Dog ugly :p

oh and Admiral are ***** , £22 to put it on insurance for 1 day

I think a Nissan micra 1997 model looks better than that, All banged up i might add.

It's incalculably ugly!!

I mean:
black arches on wheels??
black border on rear side windows??
odd roofline and windscreen angle??

ah well, if I had more time I would have kicked off and got Admiral to waive it ( usually easy with most charges ) but was in a rush

dealer probably thinks I am right pain, haggled the cost of the service down by £140 and then made him come outside to point out that my car had no significant marks on it and that it had brand new wheels and that I expected it back in the same condition

he did point out a small hole to windscreen which I hadn't noticed so need to get that sorted

I still cannot get over the fact that the rear door is on the Off side of the motor, Them not making a near sided rear door version for Britain is a complete & utter insult to the memory of the Mini & Sir Alex

Thrash it to death until it catches fire then ring them up to come collect it.
