Android app to make your phone constantly scan aggressively for a mobile signal?

Recently moved into a new office and the reception is spotty. I am wondering if there is an app that can aggressively scan for a signal while on charge?

My Google fu is failing me. Keep getting regular scanners. Or a farsical "signal booster app" that is hilarious.

My guess is that you are with some dodgy provider like EE.

Actually it is the opposite, I am getting better signal than all the other networks (who are not getting any at all). But it still drops now and then.
