Android box issue

Hey all wonder if someone could help me please. I currently got NBC Sports App for my Android box. But with it been a App it won't work via Ethernet only Wi Fi does anybody know a way you can get the App to work via ethernet. i did use Smart DNS but you cannot change the DNS settings on Android for ethernet only Wi Fi and would to get it to work for Ethernet only as the quality is better via ethernet if anybody knows a way or know's a VPN that works for NBC sports that be great then ill use Kodi Addon cheers

No you can only change DNS for Wi Fi only in the Wi Fi settings you cannot edit the DNS settings via Ethernet you can do it via router but i have powerlines connected to my router and don't want to change the full network

There is DNS 1 and DNS 2 on the Wi Fi settings but not on Ethernet i could use maybe a VPN on my android box and use NBC via kodi but its knowing what VPN works for NBC sports since NBC updated there apps exc a lot of VPN stopped working
