Android Market Search Problem

When I use the Android Market app's search function it only finds around 6-7 apps and it usually doesn't find the app I'm looking for. For example when I search for "Fpse" it comes up with 7 apps which doesn't actually include "Fpse for Android". I'm using an American Transformer Prime and I've tried two different versions of the app. I can find the missing apps when I google search them within the browser and then complete the action with the Android Market and I can also find them by sifting through the catagories but these aren't very convenient. Anyone know a fix for this?

You're probably encountering the region lock or something odd like that. You could use a market unlocker if you have root I guess or flash a different firmware (I make no promises that this would fix it though). It might be unhappy you have a presumably UK account with a USA market thinking about it.

I've suspected as much. Just going to wait until Thursday and Install the UK/Worldwide version of ICS and see if that fixes it. It worked fine in the US with a UK account but I guess it could be locking it due to my location now. Thanks.

More likely to be geo-ip thinking about it.
